Sync Your Customers with Shopify

It’s now easier than ever to segment and communicate effectively with your customers. Automatically sync customer review data from Judge.me to Shopify.

How it works

Whenever a customer submits a review through Judge.me, we'll tag their profile in the Shopify dashboard.

This includes reviews from both the public web form and email requests, which will be tagged as ‘Wrote Judge.me web review’ for public forms or ‘Wrote Judge.me email review’ for email requests.

How to enable it

For users who installed Judge.me in early January or later, your customer data will sync with Shopify automatically.

For other users, enable this feature to sync future reviews in General Settings > Advanced > Sync customers with Shopify. Extra Shopify permissions will be required.
