Making good decisions is all about having access to the right data at the right time. With this in mind, we've revamped our reporting dashboard to provide you with the information you need to make smart choices and drive your business forward.

A simpler, more insightful dashboard

It’s easier than ever to find the information you need. With detailed metrics, tables, and charts, you'll have all the data you need at your fingertips. You can see the reports right away on your home page. And if you want to see a more comprehensive analysis, just click the ‘View reports’ button. You can also apply filters and export data for further analysis.

Harness customer feedback

The Review Reports tab gives you a comprehensive overview of the reviews you've collected:

  • Published reviews rating: Track the average rating by creation date and review rating breakdown to gauge customer satisfaction over time.
  • All reviews performance: View reviews over time, by source, by location, and see your most reviewed products to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Score and medals: Check your store's trust scores and the medals you've earned to better understand what your review accolades mean.

Optimize your review requests

Thanks to the Email Requests Reports tab, you can now get an in-depth look at whether your review requests strategy is getting you the results you want.

  • Requests sent over time: Monitor the volume of review requests sent and identify patterns or opportunities for improvement.
  • Review requests conversion: Understand how many of your sent emails have been opened, clicked, and resulted in a review.
  • Request performance by email templates: See which templates are performing best to inform your approach to review requests.
