“What if I want to send only one review request email regardless of whether the customers have submitted a review or not?”
We received this question from a shop owner who offers a product subscription model. If the customers purchase a subscription package, their orders will be fulfilled every month. And they will receive repeated requests for the same product every month if they haven’t submitted a review. This process may bother the customers that choose not to review the product.
If you have the same concern as this shop owner, try using Blacklist Automation by Tags. This feature lets you exclude the tagged customers from the review request schedule so they will no longer receive review requests when their subscription is renewed, or when they purchase the same product next time.
Have thousands of products and customers to tag? Don't worry, you don't need to do it manually. Shopify automation on Zapier can help you! With this automation, you can assign bulk Shopify tags to your customers or products. Depending on your needs, you can trigger this automation when a new customer is added, a new order is fulfilled, and so on. Learn how to create a new Zapier automation in this article.
After adding tags using Zapier, you can go to your Judge.me settings and enter the tags in the Blacklist Automation by Tags settings. Check this helpdesk article for detailed instructions.
