Boost Localization with Multi-language Coupons and Translate & Adapt

Remember that you can send review request emails based on your customers’ choice of store languages? Now you can also do the same for coupon emails! In addition, we're now compatible with Shopify's Translate & Adapt, and let you choose among five languages for your app admin interface. Having a multi-language store is essential as you scale up globally, and Judge.me continuously improves our features to keep up with your demand.

1 - Send coupon emails in multiple languages

Our new multi-language coupon editor gives you the power to customize your coupons and send them to reviewers in the language the store was using when they made their purchase.

To customize your coupon emails in multiple languages:

  1. Follow this guide to add Published languages for your Shopify stores and enable Multiple language emails in Judge.me.
  2. In Coupon Email settings, choose the language you want to edit from the drop-down menu
  3. Customize the email content

2 - Translate widget text in multiple languages

2.1 - Display your Judge.me widgets with automatic default translations

Once you've added Published languages for your Shopify stores, we can detect the locale of each translated store, and change the language of your widgets accordingly. For example, if you enable three other languages (French, Spanish, and Italian) apart from their default language (English); when you change the store language to French, the widget language will be changed to French as well.

2.2 - Use Shopify Translate & Adapt

We're now compatible with Shopify's Translate & Adapt, which lets you auto-translate the widget text (e.g. header, button text, form fields, etc.) up to two languages for free and add as many translations as you want manually.
